Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the defective product or part, at our discretion.

*Please note that all our standard 12 months warranty does not apply to marble and natural stone products.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@think88.com.au and provide us with proof of purchase. We may also require additional information or photographs to assess the nature of the defect. Our team will guide you through the process and help you with any necessary information.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs. Any modifications made to the product will void this warranty.

The potted faux lily is an excellent choice for any space and will not date or go out of season due to its evergreen nature. We would highly recommend you place multiple lily plants in a planter or pot for maximum impact. You may very well wish to mix a range of faux plants to create a cluster effect.
