3. Return Shipping

3.1. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

4. Inspection and Approval

4.1. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated in section 1.

4.2. If the item is approved, we will process the return and notify you via email.

5. Refunds

5.1. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5.2. In the case of returns without a manufacturing defect or error on our part, a restocking fee of 10% may apply. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

6. Exchanges

8. Final Sale Items

8.1. Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
