Change Of Mind Policy
We understand that sometimes our customers may change their minds about their purchases for various reasons. Therefore, we have created a change of mind policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have the option to make changes if necessary.
Our change of mind policy allows customers to request a return or exchange of their purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, and a valid proof of purchase must be presented.
If a customer decides to return their purchase, we offer a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping or handling fees. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If a customer decides to exchange their purchase, they may choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Any difference in value will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Please note that some items may be excluded from our change of mind policy due to health and safety reasons. Additionally, customised, or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
